   Sheep wagons were a familiar sight across the wide, windswept plains of the American West. These sturdy, covered wagons served as mobile homes for sheepherders who spent long seasons tending their flocks across remote grazing lands. Thoughtfully designed for both practicality and comfort, a sheep wagon offered protection from harsh winds, blistering sun, and sudden storms, while providing a snug, self-contained living space. Inside, every inch was used efficiently—a small stove for cooking and warmth, built-in storage for supplies, and a narrow bed tucked neatly against the wall—creating a cozy refuge amid the open range.
